Polyester weft threads wrap around nylon or polypropylene warp lines to form a perforated knitted tube. During gas discharge, the woven structure contracts under hot gas and hardens, helping keep the air outlet open.

Place the hose in the target gas-outlet area during core preparation. Keep an end exposed to air to establish the evacuation route.
01Cut the desired amount—typically 1 to 2 meters—from the continuous hose with scissors.
02Position the hose before core making in the form and orientation your geometry requires.
03Leave one or both ends in contact with air so gas can escape, then continue the normal process.
